The Vocational Training Program by Team Infinity Welfare Foundation is aimed at providing skill-based education and practical training to individuals from marginalized communities. The program is designed to meet the needs of those who want to learn a trade, become self-reliant, or secure jobs in skilled professions such as tailoring, carpentry, plumbing, and more. Through this initiative, we empower individuals with the tools they need to support their families and build a better future.
Program Scope
The Vocational Training Program offers a wide range of courses, tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of participants. These include:
  • Tailoring & Sewing: Training in designing, cutting, and stitching garments, allowing participants to either start their own tailoring businesses or work in the fashion industry.
  • Computer Literacy: Courses in computer basics, including software use, online business, and freelancing, equip individuals to work in today’s digital economy.
  • Beauty & Personal Care: This training focuses on skills in hairdressing, makeup artistry, and salon management, providing opportunities in the beauty and wellness industry.
Entrepreneurship and Business Management
In addition to teaching specific vocational skills, the program also includes entrepreneurship training to help participants understand how to set up and run their own businesses. Topics covered include:
  • Business Planning: How to develop a solid business plan, identify market needs, and secure funding.
  • Marketing and Customer Relations: Essential skills for promoting one’s business and building a loyal customer base.
Support & Mentorship
Each participant is paired with a mentor who guides them through the process of learning new skills, building confidence, and identifying career opportunities. Mentorship also extends beyond the program, with ongoing support available for those starting their own businesses or looking for employment.
